Shipment

We can ship from China to virtually any addresses in the world including the major destinations such as USA, Europe, Australia, etc... As for the shipping method, here we offer two options for you to choose, one is by air package from Hong Kong Affiliated Agent of China Post that will take 15 to 40 days, and the other one is expedited courier by EMS, TNT or DHL that will reach your hand in 3 to 5 days. You can choose the shipping method when you place your order, then the shipping cost will be resulted automatically according to the pricelist of relevant shipping company.

1. Please write down your real and correct name and shipping address, including the postal code and your phone number carefully and completely when you ordering online. We will not be responsible for those unsuccessfully delivery caused by the incorrect customer name and shipping address.

2. We usually ship out the order to your given address in 1 - 2 business days since we confirmed your payment, at the same time, we will email a new invoice to you with the tracking number,you can tracking your order online in 48 hours since you received it .

3. If you have special requirements about the declare description and the declare value on the delivery invoice, please write a special note when you checkout online. Otherwise, our packing department will write as SAMPLE or GIFTS and mark the declared value about 50 USD each as default. We will not be responsible for orders confiscated which caused by declare description and declare value.

4. When you received the parcel, please check carefully before you sign your name on the delivery inoice, you can refuse to accept it if you think it was damaged or missed something during the delivery, and you must email the details to us, so that we can ask compensate from our courier, and we can conisder to ship new parcel or the missed parts to you.

Tracking your package Online

When the payment is cleared, we'll process your order. The meaning of cleared is we have received your mondy in our bank account or in our paypal account, and we have no questions to confirm with you. If we have questions need to clarify with you, you should receive an email within 24 hours.

The processing time plus QC normally takes less than 24-48 hours depends on your order size.

When the courier pickup the goods in our warehouse and we can track the tracking number online, you'll be notified by email of an tracking number and the order status change from "processing" to "dispatched". The meaning of dispatched is we have delivered your package to the courier, not meaning it has delivered to your door. Your package will goes from our warehouse to courier sorting center, then fly to your country, then to your door.

HK Post noramlly takes 2-4 weeks to arrive in major destinations.
EMS is very vary on the country. To USA, it usuall takes 6-15 days
DHL/UPS/TNT normally takes less than 3-5 business days

Please note that the custom might ramdon choose some package to check and that will delay your delivery and that's totally out of our control.

If you want to avoid paying too much VAT tax and need us help to declare a smaller amount, please remember write the request in the comment field when you place an order.

Returns

We understand quality is important to you. Whether it's service quality or product quality, we want to ensure you are 100% satisfied when shopping with us. That's why we thoroughly train our staff in customer service and perform 100% quality control on all of our products.

If you're not fully satisfied for any reason, you can return the items to us for a full refund within 7 days of their delivery date.  Shipping fee is not refundable, and 25% restocking fee is charged. Problems are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Return Policy

The return policies below are generally valid for 1stidea.com products. Please note certain products may not have any applicable return policy or may have different or additional return policy provisions - please refer to the relevant product page in order to check.

•You may return new, unopened products (except for items that have been customized on behalf of the buyer) for store credit, less a twenty five per cent (25%) restocking fee, within seven (7) days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging with all included accessories intact, and must be accompanied by a copy of the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issued by us, and sent to the address indicated in the Return Merchandise Authorization.

•Defective or damaged items can be exchanged or the product cost credited for other store purchases if you report the problems within seven (7) days of delivery.

•For all returns, you must contact sales@1stidea.com in writing to describe the reason for returns and obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number prior to sending the items back for exchange or credit.

•You shall be responsible for all shipping, insurance, and handling charges (where applicable) when returning the items to us for exchange or credit. Shipping and handling fees shall not be credited.

•You shall also be responsible for all shipping, insurance, and handling charges (where applicable) when we return the replaced items to you.

•We shall not be responsible for losses, damages and/or breakage during the return shipping process. We highly encourage that you use a traceable means to ship the product and purchase shipping insurance.

•We shall inform you by email once we have received and processed your returned item. We typically process your returned items within three (3) to five (5) business days of receiving them.

•The Return Policy does not apply to items that have been customized in any way for the customer. All sales are final for such items
